On the occasion of Colombia’s National Sign Language Day (September 23), Idartes presented a balance of its artistic inclusion initiatives for the Deaf community in Bogotá.
Among them: “Marte: Arte Incluyente 2026” — a project integrating dance, theater, and visual arts in the production “El Pueblo del Silencio”, led by a Deaf artist with LSC interpreters — and the laboratory “Teatro a la Mano: Cuerpo y Seña”, with productions including “Corazones de Cartón” and “Postales del Desarraigo.”
Art, here, speaks every language.
