Two Pre-Texts sessions were held at the Center for Memory, Peace and Reconciliation of the General Secretariat of the Office of the Mayor of Bogota.
The protocol was proposed with the intention of providing another way to sensitize and raise awareness among visitors about the processes of Memory, Peace and Reconciliation in the country. Read more here.
