The Cultural Agents Foundation (NGO) and Distrito Alhambra have formalized a collaboration to develop community leadership in Suba, Bogotá. Through Alhambra’s Community Innovation HUB, this alliance launches an action-research process to train a new generation of leaders — capable of identifying local challenges and prototyping creative solutions for challenges such as security, infrastructure, art, and local economy.
At the heart of the program: Pre-Textos will be a pedagogy that transforms texts and civic norms into artistic creation, critical thinking, and civic capacity. The initiative prioritizes inclusion, with specific strategies for women, elders, children, and the LGBTIQ+ community.
