From August 11 to September 8, 2026, the team at Casa de la Amistad — a foundation dedicated to children with cancer — participated in five Pre-Texts sessions facilitated by Marilupe Bárcena, with texts on leadership and team work.
Twenty staff members read aloud, created art, built art pieces with Legos, wrote letters to the “hive”, and closed with a word: happy, motivated, inspired, grateful, creative.
The wellbeing surveys confirmed what the room already showed: measurable improvement in collaboration, admiration for peers, and alignment with the foundation’s mission.
