The Ministry of Justice of Colombia has begun to implement Pre-Texts in its campaign to reduce consumption and trafficking of illegal drugs. On October 2, when Vice President Francia Márquez received the prestigious Du Bois Medal at Harvard University, Santiago González from the Ministry’s Bogotá office, used his newly acquired protocol to explore relevant legislation with local functionaries in the Northern Cauca region, home to VP Márquez. New sites for this collaboration with Cultural Agents include Tumaco, Quibdó, and Buenaventura. Stay tuned!
