We are pleased to share that Professor Doris Sommer will participate in the Fourth Continental Conference on Afro-Latin American Studies, organized by the Afro-Latin American Research Institute (ALARI) at Harvard University, in collaboration with the University Consortium on Afro-Latin American Studies and the Center for Afrodiasporic Studies (CEAF) at Universidad Icesi.
The conference will take place in Cali, Colombia, from July 22 to 24, 2026, and will unite scholars, students, artists, educators, activists, and policymakers engaged with the African Diaspora in Latin America.
