When we hosted an introductory workshop, Pre-Texts: The Arts Teach (Everything), participants experienced a deceptively simple creative pedagogy that transformed texts into raw material for art-making. The methodology turned obstacles into challenges and opportunities for learning. Inspired by Montessori, Freire, and Dewey, the program invited educators to explore teaching as an art. Training will continue in Spring 2026.
