On Friday, May 3, 2024, the Museum of Fine Arts hosted the Amoeba Tour: A Mental Health Tour, sponsored by the Harvard Chan Wellness Grant. The event was facilitated by Francisco Álvarez for Support and Wellness. Attendees were invited to engage in a unique exploration of mental health through art, guided by Pre-Text.
Participants spent an hour delving into understanding, learning, and reflecting on mental health within the museum’s collections. They read the poem “Still I Rise” by Maya Angelou.
