lov.foundation launched the Israel Edition of Right to Listen (R2L) in partnership with Tel Aviv University, convening a diverse chorus of voices to reexamine listening as a vital practice in a region seeking new pathways to understanding. Grounded in cultural dialogue and soft power, R2L positions listening as an active force in conflict transformation—one that fosters connection and civic imagination.
The four-day program brought together scholars, artists, peace practitioners, and cultural leaders for an immersive exploration of listening as both a cultural and political act. Central to the initiative was a Pre-Texts workshop to activate close reading and critical thinking through artistic creation.
