Universidad Mayor continues to deepen its commitment to the Pre-Texts methodology, now integrated into two courses across its academic offer.
Vive Pre-Textos — an elective now in its third edition — draws students from multiple disciplines and fills its enrollment each term. Creative Processes, Reflection, and Social Impact places Pre-Texts at the center of activities that connect artistic creation with Social Sciences and Humanities texts.
Together, both courses demonstrate that Pre-Texts, when adopted institutionally, goes beyond reading comprehension: it cultivates critical thought, creativity, and educators committed to their communities.
